Oversized wheels move smoothly across uneven surfaces while funnel collects fluids from both a drain plug and a filter port. The removable filter screen prevents debris from entering the tank. Polyethylene tank with used-filter tray, tool holders and sight gauge. Includes all hardware for topside evacuation or bottom drain.
